A 60-minute comprehensive and holistic consultation for new patients. This consultation involves a thorough health history take, including medical history, and relevant clinical assessments; with the focus of the consultation on the presenting health concern and/or health goal. The consultation will also include a detailed overview of relevant body systems and dietary and lifestyle habit analysis.

Some initial recommendations will be given at the time of consultation, with your full treatment plan sent within 2-3 days.

Note: a patient registration form and 3-day food and symptom diary will be required to be completed at the time of booking, prior to the initial consultation.

A 30-minute follow up consultation to review, refine and adjust your treatment plan accordingly, occurring around 2-3 weeks after the initial consultation, and thereafter where necessary. 

Follow-up consultations are important in your health journey as they provide an opportunity to clarify recommendations, adjust your treatment if required, reinforce healthy habits, and catch potential issues early. 

A 45-minute comprehensive follow up consultation to monitor progress, adjust treatments if necessary, address any new or ongoing health concerns and/or goals, and review any herbal medicine and supplement prescriptions. Recent pathology results such as functional or blood tests can also be reviewed and discussed. 

If it has been longer than 6 weeks from your last consultation, or you are booking in to discuss pathology or functional test results, an extended follow-up consultation is required.

A 20-minute acute consultation for targeted herbal medicine or a practitioner-only supplement prescription. This is an ideal consultation for an acute health concern such as cold or influenza symptoms, sudden sleep disturbances or stress; where acute support is required.
